  Helped me out! Called when my furnace stopped heating properly. With a baby in the house and it being -18*C outside I was concerned! They sent Rob the same day and he sorted me out. Turns out a heating coil had an accumulation of dust/dirt. He cleaned it up a bit and I was good to go. ~120$ for diagnostic and cleaning on a week day.

  The technician arrived a few minutes early with the cleaning and combustion check taking about an hour. Homeowners always have concerns about being told they need something they don't really need. Well, my 15-year-old Tempstar would typically need an upgraded part at this stage, but he said the current version was working so well he wouldn't recommend changing it. I had occasion to call after-hours service and the technician called back within ten minutes. I was able to make the needed adjustment with his help over the phone. Based on my very pleasant experiences, I recommend Dow's without reservation.
